Job Overview

Job Title	National Project Coordinator
Job Level	Senior Level
Experience	minimum Eight (8) years (with Masters’ degree) of relevant experience in the field of trade-related technical assistance, trade policy, trade facilitation, value chain development or related field
Location	Kathmandu, Nepal
Gender	Any
Academic Qualification	Master Degree or equivalent in International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Development Studies or related field.

Required Skills and Experience
Education: 

• Master Degree or equivalent in International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Development Studies or related field. 

Experience:

• A minimum Eight (8) years (with Masters’ degree) of relevant experience in the field of trade-related technical assistance, trade policy, trade facilitation, value chain development or related field 
• Proven knowledge of the economic and trade context as well as private sector development in Nepal
• Good network of public and private trade stakeholders in Nepal
• Very good knowledge of at least two of the following fields: trade policy, trade facilitation, value chain development 
• Good understanding of project result-based management and coordination 
• Excellent drafting and communication skills 
• Computer literacy 

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English (including excellent drafting and presentation skills) and Nepali. Knowledge of another European language would be an asset.
